The practitioner
Body and mind, treated together
I'm Dr Kayleigh Darch, an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, and I deliver all services personally.
I have been practising yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2016, specialising in clinically-informed and evidence-based integrative yoga that blends psychology with yoga. You'll work directly with me from first email to final session. No referrals on, no associate handover.

- Provide practices and experiences that support healing and post-traumatic growth
- Respond to trauma experiences appropriately and work in ways to prevent re-traumatisation

Roles & expertise
Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy)
I am a Clinical Psychologist trained to doctoral level with significant experiences working in NHS & private sectors since 2009. I am registered with the HCPC and highly experienced in offering compassionate, confidential and effective therapy. I have worked with trauma over my entire career and have clinical expertise, training and skills with a range of evidence-based psychological models, including compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused CBT and mindfulness-based interventions. This means I am able to draw upon different therapeutic approaches to offer individualised and person-centred therapy based on your circumstances, goals and needs.
Experienced Yoga Teacher
I have been practising yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2016. Ashtanga Vinyasa and yin yoga form the foundations of my personal practice and the yoga offerings. I hold over 2000 hours of teaching experience with individuals, groups, businesses, and charity organisations. I offer yoga that is accessible to everybody and focuses on developing self-awareness, self-compassion and self-acceptance. The wellbeing yoga I offer can range from energising and strengthening yoga to gentle, restorative and grounding yoga practices.
Yoga Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I specialise in clinically-informed integrative yoga for mental health and wellbeing that blends psychology and yoga. I hold advanced training in Yoga CBT and have experience of offering this in different settings including with community groups, individuals, and staff groups. From this training and experiences, I have developed clinically-informed yoga programmes that fuse other psychological approaches with yoga.
Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher
To enrich the psychology-enhanced yoga offerings, I completed specialist training in trauma-informed yoga. I qualified as an Accredited Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher in 2023 through the completion of a 100-hour advanced yoga teaching certificate. My personal trauma-informed yoga journey has supported the development of my approach which joins together the worlds of psychology and yoga.
