Kayleigh offers person-centred yoga to support and nourish your body and mind wellbeing

and help you reach your individual goals.

Individual yoga classes can include:

  • Traditional yoga including Ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa krama, and stillness-inspired yoga.

  • Psychology-enhanced yoga including yoga CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).

  • Trauma-informed yoga.

  • Blended approaches incorporating any of the above.

​The person-centred yoga journey starts with identifying your concerns and goals for yoga. All of the yoga offerings are tailored to your needs and individual circumstances. Feedback and reflection are key so that we can work together most effectively.
