Bespoke clinically-informed yoga programs for organisations & your clients
Supporting better health & wellbeing for staff and clients
What does this involve?
Clinically-informed yoga can be brought to your organisation or business. This might be with small group activities, events, and courses in your workplace for you and your colleagues, to the departments in your organisation, for the staff groups you manage, or for the client groups you support.
Bespoke yoga for mental health and wellbeing programs have been developed with support organisations in mind. The clinically-informed yoga workshops and programs help to enhance the wellbeing of the staff delivering care to others and the people in roles that involve people management. These yoga programs contribute to healthy teams that work well together and staff who feel able to manage the demands in their jobs skilfully and mindfully.
Specialised yoga programs have been created for client groups and the people accessing support services. Trauma-informed yoga and evidence-based psychology-enhanced yoga is available in groups, individually, and online to clients receiving support from organisations and charities. The yoga for mental health programs form a crucial part of the recovery journey in that they support someone to feel safe again as they heal from trauma and resourcefully manage the body and mind manifestations of psychological and emotional distress.
