About Dr Kayleigh DarchDoctoral-level expertise
Therapy delivered by a Clinical Psychologist trained to doctoral level (DClinPsy) with experience in NHS & private sectors since 2009.
Evidence-based methods
Drawing on CBT, compassion-focused therapy, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches — chosen and adapted to fit you.
Trauma-informed throughout
All therapy and yoga is rooted in trauma-informed principles: psychological, emotional and physical safety, always.
Body and mind together
Talking therapy and clinically-informed yoga offered side by side — work with the mind, the body, or both.
The approach
Evidence-based, never one-size-fits-all
Therapy here draws on the modalities with the strongest evidence base for the issues you bring — cognitive behavioural therapy (including trauma-focused CBT), compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
The first meeting is the start of your therapy journey. You and Kayleigh work together to create a plan in a safe, supportive and confidential space — one that reflects your experiences, your goals, and what you'd actually like to be different.
