Psychology-enhanced Yoga for Stress & Anxiety: 2pm-5pm
Service Description
Evidence-based psychology and yoga practices to help us move from stressed out, anxious, and overwhelmed to functioning healthily, living life more fully, and feeling better within ourselves. This therapeutic workshop has its foundations in Yoga CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and will include psychological theory and skills blended with traditional yoga and mediation practices that you can take into your life to support positive changes, resilience, and more effective stress management. Saturday 12th October 2024 2pm-5pm Lotus Loft Studio, Exeter
