Wellbeing yoga for individuals, community groups, staff groups, charities, and organisations.


All yoga classes and courses aim to support overall body and mind wellbeing and include practices that help to reduce anxiety, improve mood, be gentler with ourselves, reduce self-criticism, and get better sleep.


Yoga classes are formed using Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and yin yoga, and centre upon trauma-informed yoga principles and practices to promote safety and healing for all. 

Please bring along your own mat for all activities
