How is this available?
Group yoga classes, courses and workshops are available to self-formed groups in person and online. Small-group yoga activities are designed and developed according to the needs and concerns of the people in the group. They are inclusive and open to everyone, with no experience of yoga or therapy needed.
Group activities offer shared learning environments where we explore, reflect, and develop alongside other people who might experience similar struggles. A key component of the group activities is recognising and planning how we might transfer the skills and techniques into our everyday life.
