Psychology-enhanced Yoga for Stress & Anxiety: 2pm-5pm
Service Description
Evidence-based psychology and yoga practices to help us move from stressed out and overwhelmed to living life more fully and navigating anxiety more helpfully. The workshop has its foundations in Yoga CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and will include psychological theory and techniques blended with traditional yoga practices such as bodywork, movement and stretching, breath-work, meditation, and guided relaxation to help us more effectively manage stress and build psychological resilience. Saturday 15th November 2025: 2pm-5pm Lotus Loft Studio, Exeter
