Service Description

Four week Wellbeing Yoga program with its foundations in yoga CBT. An integrative group program to help you overcome anxiety and negative thinking patterns. Yoga sequences and practices integrated with psychological therapy theory, skills, and techniques. This course runs over 4 consecutive weeks from 2nd May to 23rd May 2024. Thursdays 6pm-7pm. Online via videoconferencing (please ensure you have access to reliable Internet and a device with audio-visual capabilities). It is not necessary to keep your video on for the duration of the sessions, depending on what helps you feel most comfortable and safe.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please do so 2 calendar days (48 hours) or more before your class date, or 21 calendar days+ before the start date of a course . Refunds and rescheduling are not possible after this time - any vouchers used will also not be reusable.
